What can the Self-Awareness & Enlightenment Intensive do for you? Read |

Think of the Self-Awareness & Enlightenment Intensive as an Urban Retreat. These “urban retreats” are specifically designed by Eliza Mada Dalian to help you fast-forward your healing and spiritual awakening while you continue your day-to-day work and life activities.
Through these intensives, in a very short time you can accomplish more than what you would achieve with difficulty through years of therapy and silent sitting meditation practice. The Self-Awareness & Enlightenment Intensive will help to catalyze a 180 degree turn in your life and personal energy, and will automatically change your perception of yourself and the world around you.
Through Osho Dynamic Meditation and Mada’s individual guidance, you will be able to:
• Access deeper layers of your unconscious.
• Heal into consciousness by understanding and transcending your mind and its patterns.
• Detoxify your being from suppressed thoughts and emotions.
• Purify your body and energy from psychological and emotional wounds that keep your wounded ego alive.
• Release perpetuating patterns of pain & suffering from your body's cellular memory.
• Break through self-imposed and collective conditionings and find your true inner power.
• Experience your innocence and inner being.
• Get in touch with your essence and potential and be in charge of your own life.
• Learn how to be your own friend and master.
• Transform stress, loneliness, insecurity, and depression into consciousness and inner joy.
• Improve your physical health and become more playful.
• Discover what you need to do in order to live your full potential and life purpose. |

What is the difference between the 7, 10, & 21 Day Intensive? Read |
Close
The 7 and 10 day Intensives are just as transformative as the 21 day Intensive. The obvious difference between them is in the amount of time/days that you will be working with Mada and the group. The 7 and 10 day Intensives are an excellent way to lay a foundation and prepare you for the longer 21-day Intensive commitment. It takes 21 days to break a pattern. The 21-day process will allow you to move deeper into your unconscious and peel away more layers.
The following are testimonials from previous participants of the 7 or 10 or 21 day Intensives:
"The 7 day Intensive was a condensed version of the 21 day Intensive. I experienced many powerful reminders that I’d been working on during the 21 days. I love being in the presence of a group of people intent on knowing themselves and experiencing more of life. It is so refreshing."
– Kim Roth, M.A. Body-Mind Psychotherapist, Yoga Teacher
"From a practical point of view the 7 day intensive was easier to work into my life schedule than the 21 days. With a shorter version, I don't have to take any vacation days. Knowing it is only 7 days, I find I give more to the process.
– Anne-Marie Halley, Dietitian, Diabetes Services, LangleyMemorialHospital
"Although in the 7 day Intensive I felt the same intensity of transformation as in the 21 day one, somehow I didn't feel complete. I think I missed the time to integrate and ground the changes in my life that the 21 day Intensive provides. It really helps so much to be in Mada's presence and to be with the group. In a way I wish I could just live that way all the time."
– Jennifer Anderson, Mental Health Worker

Why practice with Eliza Mada Dalian? Read |
Close
Mada has been teaching Osho Active Meditations and facilitating Inner Growth Workshops since 1990. Since then, she has helped many people in their process of spiritual growth and transformation.
Having experienced her own awakening by using the Osho Dynamic and Kundalini Meditations, and having recognized their deep wisdom and unparallel transformative power, Mada now uses these and other Active Meditations combined with her unique skill as a healer and self-realized spiritual teacher to guide others towards their own awakening.
Mada believes that unless we deal with the root cause of what prevents us from accepting ourselves as we are and healing our wounded ego-mind into a healthy ego-mind, it is impossible to achieve spiritual transformation. She asserts that only a healthy ego-mind can face its own death and fearlessly surrender itself. This is the only way to transform unconsciousness into an enlightened consciousness.
Mada is a super-healer and a true Zen master who in her workshops and intensives creates an environment of non-judgmental unconditional acceptance and compassion, where participants can safely release the suppressed thoughts, emotions, and conditioned beliefs that keep them stuck in the pain created by the ego-mind.
Mada does not use blanket answers, but works with every participant according to his/her own individual needs, guiding people through the personal fears and energetic blocks that prevent them from living their fullest potential. With her help and encouragement, it becomes easier to take risks and delve into areas where we normally might be afraid to venture on our own.
If you have the courage to risk facing and loosing your ego-mind, Mada has the strength, ability, and wisdom to help you quickly cut through the layers of your unconsciousness and liberate your being into the health of consciousness. |
