Are you interested in bringing an experience of Active Meditation to your school/preschool class, youth group, community centre, summer program or other group of children/teens?
Stephanie Walker teaches classes and workshops on Active Meditation for Youth, a powerful and effective way of helping children and youth relieve stress and begin to explore who they are. Using breath, sound, movement, dance, expression and other forms of activity, Active Meditations help youth to develop breath and body awareness, to release tension from their minds and bodies, and to acquire the habit of “looking inside” for a sense of purpose and direction in life. Classes offer an invitation for youth to explore their creativity, to have fun and to experience the joy of meditation. |
