REFUND POLICY ON COURSES, WORKSHOPs, & TELE-CLASSES

• Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to the course, workshop, or Tele-Class start date will receive full refund minus applicable PayPal fees.
• Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the course, workshop, or Tele-Class start date will receive 75% refund.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days prior to the course, workshop, or Tele-Class start date will receive 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the course, workshop, or Tele-Class start date are not refundable. You can, however, use the full amount you have paid as a credit towards other courses or private sessions with Mada.
• There is no refund if you have attended any portion of a course, workshop, or Tele-Class.

REFUND POLICY ON PRODUCTS

• There is no refund on products purchased as digital downloads.
• Refunds on physical products are only offered within 30 days from the date of purchase provided the products are returned in unopened and unused condition.
